Individual Books – We do not take returns, but if you have any concerns, please email us at hello@tuktukpost.com within 7 days of receiving the order and we will try our best to assist you. For COD (Cash on Delivery) payments, please inspect your order before paying, no exchange/return will be applicable for this payment option.
Defective items – Please email us at hello@tuktukpost.com within 7 days of receiving the order with the picture showing the product. Please do not ship the product without raising an exchange request. If the claim is approved after item inspection, the replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
